★ The guest that books the reservation must be at least 25 years old ★Please do not enter or interact with the leasing office or it's agents. The leasing office is strictly for residents that live in the building and not short-term guest. Please feel free to email, call or text me if you need anything. ★ Neighborhood enforced quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM ★ This home is in a residential area. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times. ★ Smoking on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. ★ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $25 per night for each extra guest. ★ The maximum number of occupants is 6 at all times. ★Pet fee of $100 for the first pet and $75 for an additional with 2 maximum pets allowed. ★ Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 PM each day. Visitors staying past 10 PM will be counted as overnight guests. ★ Tampering with the security cameras will result in a $250 fine

I had an amazing stay. Due to another Airbnb that I booked being unavailable, I had to to find another place last min and I’m so happy that I found DLuxe. From check-in, to parking, to the neighborhood, the entire stay was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was super comfortable and the TVs had allll of the streaming services. Their communication was also great. 10/10

This is a great place to stay that is close to a lot of things to do within walking distance. This is my second time staying at a DLuxe Stays suite and they do everything possible to make sure you have a comfortable stay. I had everything I needed. I highly recommend staying here.

This property exceeded our expectations! It looked great in the listing but we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. This was well worth the cost and the host was extremely helpful and provided the most detailed instructions for everything we could possibly need! We would definitely stay here again!

safe, easy, a little bit of walking with the parking fob situation (you need it to get into the garage, but it's in the apartment so you need to get into the apartment first, and same when you leave, you need the fob to get out of the garage but then need to put the fob back in the room). adequate stay though overall!

The host's communication was excellent. The building is very secure, and we felt very safe. Loved the coziness, and cleanliness! Check in instructions were well written and easy to follow. I will definitely book again if in Charlotte!

Loved the apartment we rented. We were there for a few days and planned to head in the heart of Charlotte. This apartment is very close to one of the stations for the rail line. Super easy to get into the city and not have to worry about parking. Also this apartment was super close to many restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend!!

This apartment was an excellent place to stay for 2 weeks while working in Charlotte. The building had plenty of amenities (gym, pool, a brewery right downstairs), and the apartment itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for a long-ish stay, like cooking utensils, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and even some extra toiletries. Parking was easy and the building was walking distance to the light rail, so it was also easy to access other neighborhoods in Charlotte. The apartment was perfectly clean when I arrived and it matched the description/pictures. I ended up staying an extra day and the host was very responsive, which made it easy to coordinate. I would stay here again.

Loved my stay here. located on the more quiet end of NoDa which I enjoyed. There were still plenty of places right outside that were walkable and maybe a 5 min drive/uber to the busier part of town. The entry at first was a multistep process but they did give very detailed instructions to make it as easy as possible, but you will definitely need those when arriving! All in all I would certainly stay here again, it was great having a pool and a gym plus the price was super reasonable!
