This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and it was in the perfect location. It was in walking distance to many restaurants as well as the Charlotte Premium Outlets. I would definitely rent again if I’m visiting the Charlotte area.

It is my second stay at this place and will not be my last. Place is great. Clean, spacious and bed very comfy. Looks exactly like photos. Their service is incredible. My first morning the coffee machine was not working and I reached out and within 30 minutes they delivered a new one to my doorstep they went to buy at Target immediately that worked great. If I could give them SIX stars for service I would. They are in a great area with restaurants and close to downtown. Will book again soon!

Great place to stay. Location is really convenient with several restaurants and cafes nearby at walking distance. The place was clean and well kept. One minor issue was that the bathroom doors are hard to close but overall positive stay.

Great place to stay, near lots of great restaurants and bars. I was surprised how the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Really a great option. Will definitely stay here again.

Oh, this place was a very lovely place. I will come back and stay again. The host was amazing, very punctual concerning and polite. My grandchildren live in Charlotte so when I go to Charlotte, this is where I’ll stay. I felt safe an the area was nice and quiet.

This apartment was amazing! It looks just like the pics, if not better in person! Secure entry, quiet neighbors. The decor is beautiful, I would describe it as simplistic. the place was spotless, it still had that "new apartment smell". The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a Kuerig, coffee, sugar, cream! It was exactly what I was looking for if not more. Large clean bathroom, the feel of home with the touches of a hotel room - tiny shampoo, conditioner, soap, nice small balcony. Location - it is an up and coming area, there is a brewery with a food truck that shares the same driveway as the building, a market, if you forget something. Across the street, several eateries inside a market and beautiful outdoor sitting area. Tons of great restaurants a short drive in Noda and uptown Charlotte is only anout a 7 min drive. DLuxe response time was immediate which was great, and them checking in randomly was a nice touch! I would 100% recommend staying here!

I loved my stay it was better than the pictures. Very quiet area. Easy parking. Home felt like home. Hosts were very nice and friendly. Quick responses. Always reached out no matter the reason.

Perfect NoDa spot! Clean, comfortable, and walkable to everything. I booked it for my mom and aunt and they loved it. Easy check-in and great host — would absolutely book again.

Had a great stay. Clean and comfortable apartment with all amenities needed. Very fast host. No desk for any kind of office work, just a tiny shelf - but apartment building has a large common room with good facilities. Would recommend 100%.

Solid choice in Charlotte. Clean space, good gym, common area has workspace, walkable to NoDa restaurant zone, and quick drive or train to downtown and South End. Very good management made logistics easy! I'd book here again.
